Requirements

  • Permanent (Full Time)

  • Salary : Negotiable
  • Worke : 08:00 – 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
  • Good command of both spoken and written English

Responsibilities

  • Should have knowledge in using BIM Software at a moderate to advanced level and Customizing Software to be in line with the company’s work processes.
  • Responsible for implementing the BIM software.
  • Prepare BIM Template file and constantly develop and improve it.
  • Prepare company BIM Workflow documents
  • Evaluate other BIM software and technologies on the market to compare both functionality and price.
  • Update knowledge about BIM software and research and experiment to find the best best practices for the organization.
  • Training for employees for BIM Standards.
  • Provide support to the project team in setting up BIM.
  • Able to project BIM data to all relevant parties within the company, such as taking the design model and forwarding it to the construction team to make a shop model or forwarding it to the price estimation team.
  • Create 2D, 3D models of buildings.
  • Communicate with Architects to understand the work of all parties.
  • Coordinate with team members.
