Duties and Responsibilities
1. Solve initial problems for employees in the information technology system and service to answer various problems ready to usage
2. Provide assistance in resolving information technology system problems. To be able to use normally, such as installing programs, fixing internet systems, solving printing problems, virus-infected machines, installing and updating Windows, Hardware, Software, Network at headquarters and work sites, setting up equipment systems for use. The work meets the needs.
3. Control and manage the IT system, IT-related documents, and coordinate with the company both inside and outside the organization.
4. Take care of the disbursement and disbursement of the company’s IT hardware.
5. Able to communicate in basic English.
