Responsibilities

Examine the cost of materials and wages from sub-contractors.
Verify the accuracy of the subcontractor’s quotation. This corresponds to the construction drawing.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree Civil Engineering, Architecture
More than 8 years of experience (price estimation, factory construction and building work)
Have a license to practice professional engineering Associate Engineer level
Able to use Microsoft Excel program well
understand the construction process
