Job Description
Location: Head Office Bangkok Petchaburi Road
Responsibilities
Prepare 3D Presentation with Sketch-up, 3DMax or other program for the
drawing presentation to the client as well.
Design the buildings in proper criteria of regulation and client requirement
Detail design freehand sketch or Auto Cad for draftsman to make the detail
Understanding of the building controlled regulation, construction permission and construction drawing and can choose the material as appropriate.
Control quality of design and build works complied with company standard
Professional of the BIM program.
Support and coordinate with other departments in estimation and construction
Qualification
Bachelor Degree of Architect in any field.
Experience at least 10 years up
Good Auto CAD and Revit for the Architecture details design drawing,
Have experience in factory, warehouse or office building is considered.
Have a positive attitude and be able to work as team.
